Why am I being charged extra?

We have unlimited bandwidth for most of our accounts so usually it's not over charge because of over your monthly bandwidth.  These are are a few reason why you have been over charged.

1. Maximum space reached - your account had been updated to next level (Level can change and at anytime when an account is over the account limit.
2. You have late fees, usually $10 charge for late fee.
3. Error is billing, Contact Billing@iroost.com
